I can't see Hall playing centre over Salter.

That's the only real decision to make with that squad for me, no Hall, who kicks?

Burns, but is he up to it? I don't think he is.

I think Horne will be on the bench ahead of one of the props.

If Burns is fit and we want to play Hall for his goal-kicking (and tbf, attacking threat), I can see Salter missing out. Which would be tough on him, but I'm sure Cox, Lovegrove and a couple of others will be disappointed.

His goal kicking will put him into the centre spot.

I can't see Horne playing.
If you were looking at having a SR on the Bench you would pick Cox surely?

Why not put him in the 19 in that case though?

I think Horne is greatly underestimated. Lovegrove and Cox do more eye-catching stuff, but Horne works really hard and if injury strikes in the backs, he can do a fill-in job at centre at a pinch.
