Before I saw the state of him on Saturday night I would have welcomed the move. Now I think we should look elsewhere. There's no way a Rugby League half back should be carrying that amount of weight. It's been a problem throughout his career but he obviously doesn't give a toss about it. You have to wonder if this is contributing to his injury problems.

I’m an every optimist but it’s so obvious the club have let the HDM leak this to try keep fans on board.

For what it’s worth, I think he’ll be a good signing. The club just need to get a meal prep service including into his contract.

But after the low of yesterday, the club will need something massive to tackle the apathy currently felt

Just wondering if it is Lam whether we can get him in straight away. If we make an announcement now but for next season, I can see Derek throwing his toys out of the pram and getting rid of him which would actually free him up immediately. .
