Wont matter, as he wouldnt count as a home trained player.
He might be able to get exemption from the quota (like Manu), but I dont understand how that works.
Why would we sign him or Wigan let him go at the moment?
personally even if he was available I wouldnt sign him. |

I believe he would be exempt. Would be a good addition IMO but cant see it happening. |
