Squad numbers do not mean everything, but they do give a atrong indication as to who is at the forefront of Agars plans and who isnt. Wood at 7 with Smith at 20 is baffling to say the least. Mariano deserved better, as did Wildie, Morton, Davey and Moore. Shocked to see Raleigh at 10 with Amor 15! Numbers 1-6 arent a suprise but i'm not too impressed after that. Despite this, im sure that Mariano will still be a regular next year, so as i said, squad numbers arent everything.

Have I missed the departure of Hyde when I was on holiday????

I know squad numbers are not gospel when it comes to playing opportunities, but Wood at 7 is a most bizarre choice. Its almost a deliberate snub to Moore, who's been given the 30 shirt. Its seems from the outside that the lad isn't wanted and is being given the message in no uncertain terms.

moore deserves better than number 30, cant see him getting much game time from agar which is a shame imo

Surprised to see Raleigh at 10 when there is 2 specialist props in Amor and James available.

Shouldn't read too much into to squad numbers but its a strange one having wood at 7, can only think it is a ploy to get through to moore that its time to go. And no hyde means hes a goner. Think mariano should have got a number in the first 17 as well. Putting a fan in the squad is a pointless exercise. If we have to have squad numbers then it should be gimmick free. Unless he can play prop!
