My HD box is about 3 years old and it's worked fine. Gives you the option to record either Take It Like A Fan, or SL extra time.

Works fine on mine, which is about 4 years old - I've used it before for NFL Red Zone, it does work!

Its the older non HD boxes with the old EPG I was wondering about - if anyone still has them lol

Same here. In fact I think my Sky+ box is nudging four years old, yet still gives me the option to tape it.

Conversely, I couldn't get it to work and my HD box is under 12 months old? It's worked fine before with e.g. NFL Red Zone as Geoff mentioned.

I did however do a search and found "Super League Extra" on Friday at 10pm - the channel name was something odd like 1662 - but hopefully will still work.

it's the same process for for recording football first individual games and that works on all sky+ boxes so i can't see why this will be any different

I think it is. I'm having works with sky help centre on twitter but I think I'm just confusing the guy lol.
