Is he retiring at the end of the season or will he play another year. That would ,mean our 6, 7 and 9 are all out of contract next year. Not a good position to be in if all 3 left the club at the end of 2012.

The loss of deacon, finch and tommy in 1 year would be a big hole to fill.

Didn't Finch sign for 2 or 3 years?

Ignore the rumours and wait till any of Finch, Tommy or Deacon are announced as leaving before panicking.

Deacon will play on IMO.

He certainly has another year left in him just depends on how he feels personally with his body, I for one would love to see him in cherry and white again next season.

Need to see the Rabbitohs signing half backs before I'll be happy the boys will be staying.
