Apparently Leigh aren't offering James Taylor a new contract.

As much as I love Jimmy and his deffence is as good as the best in this league and has the heart of a lion, he is just not big enough. He was taking huge hits on thursday and the lads in this league are just getting bigger. Sad fact but true.

He's not been able to play to his game since he came back from injury covering as prop which tbf he's done his best & no one can argue that. Our team won't be so paper thin next season so used rightly like he has been before in the right interchanges & he's a much needed in our squad imo he tightens up our the defence with Goulden & lays the platform for the lads to build on

Wouldnt say no to us signing Ballard from Barrow TBH.............class act. We need 2 better wingers but if not use Deano and Clay as I feel they've been a waste due to not being used.........play em or let them go to a club that will.

I would resign Taylor and try and get Spencer full time......plenty of young lads will become available when SL clubs cut their U21`s.......things are looking good.
