It would be good if they had a transcript of those interviews on the WWW site. With it having no controls on the video it it a bit annoying sometimes to have to listen to every question when I am only interested in a few.

There is no pleasing some people! Its hard enough finding the time to produce the videos let alone then do a complete transcript.
Surely it is better to see and hear everything said instead of a written transcript which could miss out some key elements. |

Actually, I think at this stage it's pretty irrelevant who plays. I was only partly joking when I said a random team selector wouldn't have lead to a worse result on Saturday - it's probably not far off true. Our problems at the moment aren't related to who plays or who plays where. We are just not a team. Smith needs to get them pulling together, and wanting to play for the club and for each other.
