Briggs has been dropped again wi the inclusion of Kearney

So looks like Herbert, Jefferies in the halves and Kearney at full back.
Cant see him dropping Herbert

Why he drops briggs for herbert baffles me. herbert is shocking

Briggs seems to add alot more speed to our play compared to Herbert which is what we need

Statistically and that being the key work - Herbert is the better player !!

with only 3 props we need the best kicking game ie Briggs, on the other hand Herberts defence is massively better and it looks like the same reason for Addy out for Sibbit

Boring, if I was Kyle Briggs I'd be after some answers as to why an average Aussie with no form is being played over myself, who struck up a cracking partnership.

Absolutely, can see him going away on a mutual termination at the end of year only to bit us on the in a couple of years time. Can't imagine the guy is very happy here and I don't blame him if he isn't.

Makes no sense though. I critisized Briggs but cant disagree his performances with Jefferies demands a playing spot. Creates trouble and adds a unorthadox flare with ball in hand.

But you have to have the ball in hand first of all. if you have a saints prop running at you with the ball, you have to tackle them! So while I agree generally with the pro Brigss comments and his kicking would be useful, the idea we are going to outsaint the Saints is a bit misguided, better to keep Briggs for another game where his strengths are more suitable rather than set him up as a target for every Saint to run at.

Herbert is better in defence, all briggs has on herbert is speed..........

and IMO neither of them have a right good kicking game, fed up of watching them BOTH kick the ball down the oppositions throat

and all that being said i would much rather have a defensive player agaisnt a team like st.helens !!!

Utterly ridiculous. As Aaron has said, why an overrated average Aussie HB is preffered to Briggs is totally mind boggling.
